✨ When AI Isn’t Enough: Partnering with the Divine in Creative Work
I’ve spent much of my life building things—systems, tools, technologies. I’ve worked in software, sound engineering, church media, and now, I’m deep in the world of AI.
It’s an exciting place to be. The capabilities are growing rapidly, and the promise is real: faster work, better results, amplified creativity.
So naturally, when I embarked on a new AI-driven project recently, I expected a smooth, powerful process.
😤 But It Wasn’t
Instead, I found myself frustrated.
The tools were clunky. The output felt off. I started going in circles—adjusting, reconfiguring, refining—and yet the needle barely moved.
I had thought: “This should be working. I’m using AI. This should be easier.”
But it wasn’t.
🛑 The Turning Point
That’s when I paused.
And I did something I’ve done many times before, often in the quiet moments when I’ve hit walls in life or work: I turned my awareness to the Supreme Power.
Not as a ritual.
Not as an escape.
But as a return.
A return to the place where flow begins. To the source of creativity itself.
🔁 The Shift
I didn’t try to “pray it away” or ask for a solution. I just got quiet.
I surrendered the tension and the expectation.
And then something shifted.
Not in a dramatic, cinematic way. Just a subtle re-centering.
The frustration softened. The ideas came more clearly.
What seemed like coincidence felt more like orchestration.
💡 A Lesson Revealed
That’s when it struck me:
AI is powerful. But it is not the source.
It’s easy to get enamored with the tools—especially when they’re cutting edge.
But faith and technology are not in conflict. In fact, I believe they belong together.
AI can assist. It can multiply our efforts.
But divine awareness? That’s what transforms the work into something meaningful.
🧭 What I’ve Learned
- Spiritual alignment before technical execution.
When I begin from a place of peace and purpose, the code flows better. The music sounds richer. The results carry life. - Letting go is sometimes the most productive move.
Forcing it doesn’t make it happen faster. Trusting does. - Coincidences are often divine fingerprints.
When things start clicking unexpectedly, I no longer chalk it up to randomness. I recognize the deeper rhythm.
🔥 The Real Power
In the end, AI is a tool. A powerful one, yes—but still a tool.
I’ll continue to use it, build with it, and explore its potential.
But I’ll do so with the awareness that the real Source of creativity is not artificial.
It’s sacred.
And when I work in partnership with that Source, everything starts to make sense again.
